Our Gift cards can be redeemed against any purchase that inlcudes subscriptions and pre-orders.
When ordered, you will receive a unique .pdf voucher for you to print out or directly forward to the recipient, or if you prefer please email us after you make your purchase to request a hard paper copy.
This code can then be redeemed online by entering your unique code at the checkout, or in person at events - they are valid for six months from the point of order.
Please allow time for the voucher to arrive with you as it is not an automatic process and your voucher will need to be created by one of our penguin team, we will get it out to you ASAP but if it is really urgent drop us an email after you place an order - please do email we will see this quicker than special instructions - and we will do what we can to get it out to you straight away - we will be slower to respond on Thursdays & Sundays as we are closed
